Account and login details, uploaded artwork and files, cell selections, reservations, payment records and technical or security logs are processed to operate the service, moderate content and investigate errors.
Payments and infrastructure
Payment takes place on AqayePardakht. Our website does not collect or store full card numbers, card passwords or CVV2. Necessary information is shared with the relevant payment, login-message and file-storage services.
Public information
Approved artwork is displayed on the public canvas and gallery. Your name and artwork amount follow your visibility choices. The transparency ledger shows transaction date, campaign, amount and status; hiding an artwork amount does not remove it from this ledger. Do not put private information in artwork.
Login and retention
Session cookies maintain login and browser storage remembers language. Records needed for payments, security and disputes may be retained after an account deletion request.
Access, correction or deletion
Contact support to request access, correction or deletion. Account ownership is checked and any financial or legal retention limits will be explained. Telegram, Instagram and payment links are subject to those services’ privacy policies.
